FORLAB Leibovitz L-15 Cell Culture Medium

Leibovitz L-15 medium supports the growth of HEP-2 monkey kidney cells as well as primary tissue blocks of embryonic and adult tissues.L-15 is buffered with phosphate and free amino acids rather than sodium bicarbonate. The use of galactose and sodium pyruvate instead of glucose prevents the formation of acidic metabolic by-products and helps to maintain stable culture pH. This medium is suitable for cell growth in a non-CO2 equilibrium environment.
