FORLAB Opti-MEM Serum-Reduced Medium

Opti-MEM™ Serum Reduced Medium is a modified MEM medium that allows the addition of fetal bovine serum to be reduced by at least 50% with no change in growth rate or morphology. Opti-MEM Medium is also recommended for use with cationic liposome transfection reagents such as Lipofectamine™ Reagent Opti-MEM Medium can be used for a variety of suspended and adherent mammalian cells including Sp2, AE-1, CHO, BHK-21, HEK and primary fibroblasts.
