Applications
Ultrafiltration tubes are used for biological sample purification, protein concentration, desalting, and buffer replacement. The vertical membrane structure reduces concentration polarisation, and rapid centrifugation allows direct recovery of the sample. Concentration ratios can reach up to 80–100 times, making it an indispensable tool for sample processing.

Notes:
a: Can be sterilised with ethylene oxide or disinfected with 70% ethanol; high-temperature, high-pressure sterilisation is not recommended (affects the performance of the filter membrane)
b: MWCO represents the maximum molecular weight limit that the membrane material allows to pass through. For example, a membrane labelled 10 kDa means that over 90% of substances with a molecular weight exceeding 10 kDa in the solution will be retained, while smaller molecules can pass through freely
