Bioland PCR plates are manufactured from high-purity polypropylene (PP) and engineered for high-performance thermal cycling applications. They are widely used in molecular diagnostics, research laboratories, and IVD manufacturing, delivering reliable heat transfer and consistent reaction performance.

The plates are available in a standard 96-well format with 0.1 mL and 0.2 mL working volumes. They are compatible with major PCR platforms, including ABI, Bio-Rad, and Eppendorf systems, ensuring seamless integration into established laboratory workflows. Multiple color options—clear, white, and frosted—are available to support various detection and fluorescence requirements.

Bioland PCR plates are offered in three skirt configurations: non-skirted, half-skirted, and fully skirted. Non-skirted plates are optimized for automated systems, providing enhanced accessibility and efficient thermal cycling. Half-skirted plates offer a balance between automation compatibility and structural stability. Fully skirted plates feature reinforced sidewalls for improved rigidity and are particularly suitable for manual pipetting and routine laboratory handling.
