FORLAB DMEM medium
DMEM medium was originally designed with a glucose content of 1000 mg/L (low sugar type), later developed a glucose content of 4500 mg/L (high sugar type), and is now widely used in the culture of various cells. DMEM low-glucose medium is more suitable for the culture of slow-metabolizing, dependent adherent cells.
DMEM high-glyceride medium is a medium that is widely used for fast-growing and low-adhesion cells. It can be used for mammalian cell growth. Including primary fibroblasts, neuronal cells, glial cells, smooth muscle cells, HUVECs, Hela, 293, Cos-7, PC-12 cells, etc.
This product contains a variety of amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts, and other components required for cell culture but does not contain proteins, lipids, or any growth factors, so this product needs to be used with serum or serum-free additives.
